Flowers are everywhere on our Island. The Greater Victoria Flower Count is an annual event "to spread spring cheer to the residents of Greater Victoria and encourage them to stop and count the flowers while out in their communities." The rest of Canada loves and hates us for being able to to that in March! I love giving and receiving cut flowers. They add such a brightness to any room.
